Customized Service Agreements

ASAP/NetSource's main product is the Full Maintenance Contract. With this type of contract, all equipment is listed and covered.  This type of contract is done on an annual basis. Payments can be made on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis.  Certain discounts apply for annual payment.

Full Maintenance Contract – Total insurance for unlimited parts & labor for entire year on all equipment or hardware covered. Software is not covered.

  • 1. Fixed budget for all Parts & Labor.
  • 2. 2 Hour Response Time on File Servers and Networking Equipment.
  • 3. 4 Hour Response Time on Workstations & Printers.
  • 4. Same Day Loaners.
  • 5. Two Preventive Maintenance Calls.
  • 6. Phone Support.

*ALTERNATIVES – Creative Maintenance Contracts (PAK Maintenance Contract) are for customers who like the benefits of a Maintenance Contract, but don't have the budget or need to cover all equipment or hardware. These contracts are designed specifically for the customer and are based on the customer's budget, environment, equipment warranty status, needs, etc.
