Time & Material Services

ASAP/NetSource is currently providing a variety of flexible Time & Material service options at various accounts in the New York Metropolitan area. These options offer quality support on an as needed basis at the most competitive prices available with no contract in place.

Time & Material – As needed basis
Normal System Repair Calls - $85.00 per hour plus parts. (Workstations & Printers)
Network or Software Repair Calls - $125.00 per hour plus parts. (File Servers, Networking Equipment and Software)

  • 1. Next Day Response Time.
  • 2. Billed at 1hour minimum, 15minute increments thereafter.

*ALTERNATIVES – Retainers are available to be able to get a discount on the hourly rates as well as a quicker response time (4 to 6 hours). The higher the Retainer accepted, the bigger discount given. A Retainer would be for customers needing software support as well as all hardware services without a Maintenance Contract in place. Retainers do not expire.
